Agreeing to what Julia and Ivy had posted, it seems that forklift is an asset that almost all warehouses need in order to carry out it's daily logistical activities. It is just a matter of which kind of forklift a company needs according to their specification. Thus, forklifts now become a common material handling equipment that almost all warehouses possesses compared to other types of material handling equipments. Different forklifts meets different needs in the warehouse. Forklifts varies in shapes, sizes, and whether they are meant for long or short distant movements or low or high elevation. The more popular among forklifts are known as the telehandlers/telescopic forklifts which have variable reaches.
